McLaren Greater Lansing has updated its visitor policy and no longer restricts visits to the previous hours of 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.; visitors can now come at any time, with the exception that certain units and patient conditions may still have limited hours and restrictions. For example, the Geropsychiatry unit has scheduled visitation available from 1–7 p.m. on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and visits must be arranged in advance. Additional requirements or restrictions may still apply based on patient condition or department, so it is recommended to check with the hospital or relevant unit before arriving[2].
