Tarzana Hospital Visiting Hours

Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center supports open visitation, allowing visitors at any time. However, quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. It is encouraged that visitation take place outside of quiet hours to promote a restful and healing environment. Visitors present during quiet hours are requested to stay in the patient’s room or its immediate vicinity.

Visitors who are acutely ill are asked not to visit for the safety of patients and caregivers. Depending on patient needs and safety, staff may limit or end visitation, especially if the patient is in a semi-private room. Spending the night in a semi-private patient room is generally discouraged for visitors. Inappropriate behavior, bringing in prohibited items, or not maintaining supervision of children may result in visitors being asked to leave.

If you need to confirm department-specific guidelines or have unique circumstances, please contact the hospital directly.
