KKH (KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital) general ward visiting hours are from 10.00am to 8.00pm daily. Up to two visitors (including caregivers) are allowed at any one time during these hours[1][4]. After 8.00pm, only one pre-designated caregiver is permitted[1][4].
Key visiting guidelines include:
- All visitors to the ward must register before entry[1][3].
- Children under 12 years old are not allowed to visit the wards[1][3].
- Do not visit if you are unwell.
- Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing patients.
- No eating or drinking in the wards.
- Do not use patients’ toilets or sit on patients’ beds.
- Wash or sanitise hands before and after visiting[1][3].
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, unauthorised photography, audio, or video recording are prohibited within KKH premises[1][3].
For outpatient clinics, only one accompanying person is strongly encouraged or allowed per patient, and for the Children’s Emergency, two accompanying persons are permitted[1].
