Suggested visiting hours at St. John’s Health are 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.[5]
Masks are optional for all visitors and patients unless symptomatic of a respiratory illness or recent exposure to respiratory disease within the previous 10 days.[5]
No visitors are permitted if they have COVID-19, respiratory or flu-like symptoms, or are in COVID-19 isolation. Special arrangements such as iPad and window visits are available for patients in isolation, and compassionate care visits for COVID-19 patients are possible with physician and manager approval.[5]
The main entrance is open from 5 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Outside these hours, and on weekends or holidays, all visitors must use the emergency room entrance.[5]
Visitation may be restricted based on the patient’s condition or at the request of the patient.[5]
