Southdale Hospital Visiting Hours

The general visiting hours for adult inpatients at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital are from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day. Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Emergency Departments do not have restricted visiting hours^[3].

For the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), visiting hours are also 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily. Please avoid calling during shift changes from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.^[5].

For the Emergency Department, adult patients may have 2 visitors at a time. Children under age 18 can have 2 visitors at a time, plus siblings^[4].
