The visiting times in The Royal Hospital are as follows[7]:
- Sunday to Thursday (Wards): 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Sunday to Thursday (Intensive Care Unit): 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Friday, Saturday, and official holidays (Wards): 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Friday, Saturday, and official holidays (Intensive Care Unit): 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Blessed month of Ramadan: 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm
It is forbidden to have more than one visitor to the patient at a time, and visitors should adhere to posted instructions for hand hygiene, privacy, speaking volume, and limitations on bringing external items into the hospital. Note that visiting hours may change due to health and safety measures, particularly in response to the Covid-19 pandemic[7].
