Valley Farm Animal Hospital visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00^[7]. Outside of these hours, only emergency consultations are available^[5].

All consultations are by appointment only, and emergencies will always be seen without an appointment^[5].
